3-4 Servicing the feeding roller
Recommended cleaning cycle: if cards do not feed smoothly into the printer.

Turn off the printer.

Open the top cover and remove the card feeder.
Ì
Clean the roller clean with an Evolis’ wipe as shown. Turn the roller as you wipe it to clean it in the direction of the arrow.

Load the card feeder.
Î
Close the top cover. Your printer is once again ready to use.
Wait for 2 minutes after cleaning before using your printer.
