Recommended cleaning cycle: if the printing location on printed cards is out of adjustment, or there is white
space at the edge of printed areas, then clean the secondary transfer section feeding roller at the bottom of
the top cover.

Turn off the printer.

Open the top cover and remove the card feeder.
Ì
Open the front cover and the top cover.
Í
Lift the decurl section.
Î
Wipe the roller clean with an Evolis’ cotton swab fully moistened with water.
Ï
Return the decurl section to its original position. Close the top cover and front cover.
Be careful the decurl section rollers can be troublesome to clean, don’t hurt your ngers. Besides the heat roller
is hot so please exercise care when cleaning.
Wait for 2 minutes after cleaning before using your printer.
