3-5 Servicing the reverse roller
Recommended cleaning cycle: If card delivery from the reverse section to the secondary transfer feeding roller
is not possible, then clean the Reverse Roller.
Ê
Turn off the printer.
Ë
Open the top cover and remove card feeder.
Ì
Open the front cover and the trapdoor cover.
Í
Rotate the reverse wheel.
Î
Locate the reverse section roller as shown.
Ï
Wipe the roller clean with an Evolis’ wipe as shown.
Ð
Rotate the reverse leading wheel and fully clean the roller.
Ñ
Close the front cover.
Ò
Return the card feeder and close the top cover. Your printer is once again ready to use.
Wait for 2 minutes after cleaning before using your printer.
