2.03 "Software" means all computer programs, disk drive directory organization and content, including
the diskettes containing such computer programs and disk drive directory organization and content, sold
pursuant to the Order.
2.04 "Product" means the Scanner, the Software, operating manuals and any other product or merchandise
sold pursuant to the Order. If the Purchaser is buying only a scanner, or the Software, Product will mean
the product being purchased by the Purchaser pursuant to the Order.
2.05 "System" means a combination of the Hardware, the Software, the Computer, and optional parts
associated with theFAROFocus Premium .
2.06 "Hardware" means the scanner and all of the associated optional parts, and the Computer if provided
by FARO.
2.07 "Software" means all computer programs, authored by FARO, which are used in conjunction with
the FARO provided Hardware.
