9. When charging is finished, remove the power-supply unit's cable. Close the battery compartment
cover.
NOTICE: Do not operate the scanner while the external power-supply is plugged in, because the
power cable might damage the turning scanner.
The FAROFocus Premium does not need to be switched on to charge the battery.
NOTE: Remove FAROFocus Premium from the transport case before connecting the power-
supply to the scanner. Before prolonged storage, remove the power-supply unit and the
battery.
Charging the Battery with the PowerDock Battery Charger
NOTICE: Do not leave the battery in the PowerDock when it is not being charged, as this can result
in a deep discharge state from which the battery cannot be recharged.
