1. Click on the catalogue symbol 1. The hardware cata-
logue now opens.
2. In the hardware c atalogue mark the station type “FESTO
CP FB13” 2 (\PROFIBUS-DP\Further FIELD DE-
VICES\VALVES) with the left-hand mouse key.
The slave type “VALVES” appears under folder “Further
FIELD DEVICES ”when you copy the GSD (see step 1 of the
preparations).
3. Hold the left-hand mouse key pressed down and pull the
cursor to the graphic PROFIBUS line on the DP master 3
(drag and drop).
The mask “Selecting the Setpoint configuration” ap-
pears 4.
4. Select the highest assigned string number and click on
OK.
The mask “Properties - PROFIBUS Node” appears.
5. Select the slave (PROFIBUS) address identical to the se-
lected setting on the rotary/DIL switch in the slave (see
chapter 1.2.1) and confirm this with OK 5.
The symbol of the valve terminal appears on the PROFI-
BUS line (see Fig. 2/16).
