Designated use
The CP valve terminals documented in this manual are
designated exclusively for controlling pneumatic actua-
tors and may only be used in conjunction with devices
and components from other manufacturers providing
these are recommended by Festo:
– as intended for use
– in original condition
– without unauthorized modifications
– in faultless technical condition.
The specified limit values for pressures, temperatures,
electrical data, torques etc. must be observed.
Please comply also with national and local safety laws
and regulations.
Target group
This manual is directed exclusively at technicians who
are trained in control and automation technology and
who have experience in the installation, commissioning
and maintenance of pneumatic components.
