5.9.3 AC-Control Box with VCS and ASB - not all models
The required capacitors for the excitation of the generator are located in the AC-Control box, as well as the electro-
nic control for voltage/speed regulation (VCS) and the starting current re-inforcement (ASB). The AC-Control box
must be connected by electrical wires (high voltage and low-voltage) to the generator.
The front panel must always be closed, since the AC-Control box produces 400 V during operation.
The AC-Control box must be electrically connected to the generator (high and low voltage).
Danger - High voltage ATTENTION! Before working on the System read the "Section
Safety Instructions in this Manual".
