Clean the Nebulizer

4 Remove the nebulizer assembly by pulling horizontally and gently rotating the nebulizer
back and forth to release the nebulizer from the O-ring located on the heater assembly.
CAUTION Finger cut hazard. Broken glass may cause injury or cutting of
fingers or hands. To avoid breakage, keep the nebulizer assembly straight
while removing and replacing.
5 Ensure that if the plasma is on, the nebulizer port safety shutter completely covers the
nebulizer port.
6 Pull the nebulizer release collar away from the nebulizer to remove the nebulizer holder
from the nebulizer mount.
