Autosampler Module Maintenance
Replace the Sample Loop
1 Turn counterclockwise to loosen the fitting and remove the sample loop from both of its
LOOP positions on the switching valve of the pump and valve unit.
2 Pull to remove the sample loop agitator connector from the pump and valve unit and
then slide the sample loop agitator motor out of the sample loop.
3 Connect the new sample loop to the LOOP positions on the switching valve of the pump
and valve unit, taking care not to leave an air gap between the end of the line and the
valve port.
