Clean the Vacuum Interface Cones

c Add the top adapter.
d Place the skimmer-reducer assembly on the top adapter with the screws facing up.
2 Sonicate cones in 10% Citranox. Do not soak for longer than 15 min.
3 Pour off the Citranox and rinse the cones, adapters, and container with DIW. Then stack
cones as follows:
IMPORTANT Add DIW as each part is placed in the container to ensure that all parts
contact the DIW.
a Stack the bottom adapter first.
b Place the sampler cone face down on the bottom adapter.
c Add the top adapter.
