Paper Jams in Tray 1 (MPT)
Follow this procedure to remove paper jammed in Tray 1 (MPT).
1. Pull the jammed paper out of Tray 1 (MPT), and remove any remaining paper from the tray.
2. Close Tray 1 (MPT).
3. Push up the button and open the front cover.
Important: Fuser is hot. Do not touch areas with labels indicating high temperature and the
surrounding areas. Otherwise, you can get burnt.
