Installing the hard disk
When installing the hard disk, ensure that the contacts in the hard disk
compartment do not bend or b ecome damaged.
Harddisk
► Slide the ha rd disk into t he frame.
► Secure the hard disk to the fram
eusingthe4screws.

► Insert the hard disk in the direction of the
arrow (1) into the hard disk compartment.
► Pull the hard disk by the pullin
gaid(a)
straight in the direction of t
he arrow (2)
until the contacts engage.

► Slide the cover in the d
irection of the arrow
(1) onto the hard disk c
ompartment.
► Secure the cover with the screws (2).
► Reinstall the battery (see "
Removing and installing the ba ttery", Page 30).
► Turn the noteboo k the right way up and place it on a flat surface.
► Reconnect the cables that you disconnected previously.
