2. On the following screen, select the appropriate cleave mode for adjustment and
press the SET key.
3. When the following message is shown, confirm that fiber is not loaded in the cleaver
and press the SET key. Cleaver will “Reset.”
4. When the following message is shown, load the fiber and press the SET key. Clamps
are tightened and tension is added to the fiber automatically.
¾ Do not touch clamps or fiber after tension is applied to the fiber.

Clamp force and fiber tension are applied according to the selected cleave
mode
