Always clean and lubricate the X and Y of S400, after working with material that
produce lots of debris (such as wood).
• Too much oil or PS2 grease applied to the Y axis will accelerate the debris building
up.
The X rail of S400 has linear bearing design which needs lubrication regularly depending on the
job loading, recommend on bi-weekly base. Follow below procedures.
1. Take out the Grease Syringe from accessory box
2. Select the following parts and compose the grease syringe as below pictures
