RMS type fault as shown below:
Trip Phases: xxxxGCBA (binary)
A = '1' then Phase A has an RMS Fault
B = '1' then Phase B has an RMS Fault
C = '1' then Phase C has an RMS Fault
G = '1' then Phase G has an RMS Fault
