OptiHopper
The OptiHopper provides the following features:
– Conditioning and fluidization of the coating powder
– Extraction/removal of excess free-floating powder particles and the
fluidization air back into the powder circuit by means of ring injector
(AirMover)
– Cleaning of the ring injector (AirMover) and the connected powder
hose with compressed air pulses for powder recovery
– Manual emptying the residual powder
– Manual cleaning supported by automated cleaning steps and fixed
built-in suction unit
Optional:
– Monitoring and control of the powder level
