To run the Foil Motor test
1 Open the GERBER EDGE FX web interface by entering the printer's IP address in the
Location or Address line of your web browser (for example: http://169.254.128.129).
The Welcome to GERBER EDGE FX screen displays.
2 Click the Diagnostics link to open the GERBER EDGE FX Diagnostics page.
3 Click the Input/Output link to open the Input/Output Diagnostics page.
4 Click Foil Motor to open the Foil Motor Diagnostics page.
5 Click Foil Motor ON to turn on the GERBER EDGE FX foil motor.
6 Click Foil Motor OFF to turn off the GERBER EDGE FX foil motor. The results of the
expected voltage test and the state of the foil motor (ON/OFF) display in the window.
7 Click Done Testing to return to the EDGE FX Diagnostics page.
