for axes in
master-slave
torque control
Switch on the main switch of machine.
Do not acknowledge the Power interrupted message,
but call the MP list immediately.
Enter the value from MP1054.x (linear distance of one
motor revolution) into MP331.x (distance for the number
of signal periods from MP332.) of the master.
Enter the line count of the motor encoder (can be obtained,
e.g., from the motor table) in MP332.x (number of signal
periods for the distance in MP331) of the master.
Deactivate the position encoder of the master:
Enter the value 0 for this axis in MP110.x
(assignment of the position encoder inputs).
Now you can traverse carefully
with indirect position measurement.

Deactivate reference mark traverse for the master axis:
Enter the value 0 in MP1340.x (axis sequence when
traversing the reference marks).
Exit the MP list and switch on the machine tool.
Carefully move the torque master-slave axes!
Position measurement via motor encoder (indirect position
measurement) of axes in master-slave torque control
Press the EMERGENCY
STOP button and invert
either MP1040.x (algebraic
sign of the nominal speed
value) or MP210.x
(counting direction of the
position encoder signals).
The machine is switched off.
Press the EMERGENCY STOP button
and turn the feed rate potentiometer to zero.
Are messages
displayed such as
Incorrect entry in MP1040.x or
Movement monitoring, Standstill
monitoring, etc.?
