As the user opens the LID, in order to make
adjustments the system displays the current
warning message.

As soon as the user closes the LID the system will
proceed the the Simple test main screen.
The rate of rise selection is BLINKING, which
indicates that the user must set this item.
Use the UP and DOWN keys to select the desired
output voltage rate of rise.
