The system increases the output voltage. The
voltage measurement is updated continuously.
The test duration is also updated every 1 sec.

The High Voltage On indicator is vanished.
Breakdown occured!
The system stop updating the voltage and the
duration and
displays the BREAKDOWN ICON.
