3. Click [New File].
[Edit Comparator Table] will appear.
4. Entering configurations for each table.
(1) Enter the table no.
This number can be selected by clicking [Previous table No.] or [Next table No.], or by
clicking on the table.
(2) Enter the name to be assigned to the table no.
If no name is entered, the default value ‘No Name’ will be used.
(3) Set the resistance and voltage ranges.
