      Several factors can cause incorrect or absent measurements. Ensure leads are correctly connected and not broken (replace if necessary). The object under measurement should have a small reactance. Verify that the power supply frequency is correctly set and that sufficient preheating time is provided. If ERR-8 is displayed continuously, the EEPROM of the 3560 is faulty. Lastly, confirm that the resistance/voltage range is appropriate for the measurement object.
