メインマストを
引っぱり上げる。
Raise the main mast.
マストロック

マストロックを
いっぱい下げる。
Completely lower the
mast lock.
メインマストをいっぱい引っぱり上げ、マス
トロックを通しM2.6X6CSを締付けます。
Pull the main mast up through the mast
lock and fasten with M2.6X6CS.
注： マストが上下にあそびがない事。
Note: Make sure mast assembly has
no end play.

オートロ軸の穴に
合わせて締込みます。
Screw it in so that it goes
into the hole on the Auto-
rotation axis.

下の穴を使います。

・ウエーブワッシャーがつぶれない程度に、ピニオンギヤを上に押し上げて
M4X4SSを締めこみます。
・
モーターマウント・EX-EPベアリングホルダーの位置を前後に調整し、メインギヤ
とピニオンギヤのバックラッシュ調整を行い、各ネジを締めこみます。
・カウンターギヤのベアリングホルダーø13の位置を前後に調整し、セカンドギヤと
カウンターギヤのバックラッシュ調整を行い、各ネジを締めこみます。
・
ギヤが熱膨張により膨らみますので、多めにバックラッシュをとってください。
・Push the pinion gear up and tighten it with M4X4SS so the wave washer is not crushed.
・Adjust the position for motor mount and
EX-EP
bearing holder back and forth, perform the
backlash adjustment for the main gear and pinion gear, and tighten all screws.
・Adjust the position for counter gear bearing holder ø13 back and forth, perform the
backlash adjustment for the second gear and counter gear, and tighten all screws.
・Account for a fair amount of backlash because the gears expand due to heat.
ギヤのナメ防止と潤滑性の向上のため、必ずメインギヤ、
ピニオンギヤ、セカンドギヤ、カウンターギヤにシリコン
スプレーをさしてください。
In order to prevent gears from slipping and improve
lubrication, always spray the main gear, pinion gear,
second gear and counter gear with silicone spray.
