Port
Displays the port number.
Link flap on
Activates/deactivates the monitoring of link flaps on the port.
Possible values:
marked
Monitoring is active.
The
Port Monitor
function monitors link flaps on the port.
If the device detects too many link flaps, then the device executes the action specified in the
Action
column.
On the
Link flap
tab, specify the parameters to be monitored.
unmarked
(default setting)
Monitoring is inactive.
CRC/Fragments on
Activates/deactivates the monitoring of CRC/fragment errors on the port.
Possible values:
marked
Monitoring is active.
The
Port Monitor
function monitors CRC/fragment errors on the port.
If the device detects too many CRC/fragment errors, then the device executes the action
specified in the
Action
column.
On the
CRC/Fragments
tab, specify the parameters to be monitored.
unmarked
(default setting)
Monitoring is inactive.
Duplex mismatch detection active
Activates/deactivates the monitoring of duplex mismatches on the port.
Possible values:
marked
Monitoring is active.
The
Port Monitor
function monitors duplex mismatches on the port.
If the device detects a duplex mismatch, then the device executes the action specified in the
Action
column.
unmarked
(default setting)
Monitoring is inactive.
Overload detection on
Activates/deactivates the overload detection on the port.
