Procedure
1. Click Start > Run, and then type gpedit.msc to start the Group Policy Editor.
2. Click Local Computer Policy > Computer Congur
ation, click Administrative
Templates > Windows Components, and then click AutoPlay Policies.
3. From the items on the right, double-click Turn o Autoplay.
