Chapter 2: Physical SVP (Windows 7) hardware
description
The physical SVP with Windows 7 operating system is provided by Hitachi Vantara. The
physical SVP is a 1U management server that attaches to each VSP disk controller (DKC).
The following sections describe the front and rear panels of the Hitachi Vantara-supplied
physical SVP, along with the physical, electrical, and environmental specications.
SVP front panel
The front panel of the physical SVP is equipped with LEDs, a reset button, and a power
button.
