Installing Hitachi Device Manager - Storage Navigator

The procedure for installing the Device Manager - Storage Navigator software takes

approximately 10 minutes.

Procedure

1. Connect a PC to the LAN2 port on the SVP.

2. Insert the attached SVP rmware media into the PC's CD drive or DVD drive.

3. On the root folder of the SVP rmware media, right-click Setup.exe, and then click

Execute as Administrator.

4. In the Choose Setup Language window, click a language, and then click Next.
