IPv6 BIDIR-PIM configuration example
Network requirements
• In the IPv6 BIDIR-PIM domain in Figure 102. Source 1 and Source 2 send different multicast
information to IPv6 multicast group FF14::101. Host A and Host B receive multicast information from
the two sources.
• VLAN interface 102 of Switch C acts as a C-BSR, and loopback interface 0 acts as a C-RP of the IPv6
BIDIR-PIM domain.
• IGMPv2 will run between Switch B and Host A and between Switch D and Host B.
