Preparations
Tools: adjustable wrench, utility knife, flat-head screwdriver, protective gloves
Materials: dry rag, sucker, rubber plug, thermal insulation foam, spare condensate drainpipe
Documents required: container layout diagram
Skill requirement: cooling engineer

Procedure
Step 1 (Optional) Open the aisle floor where a condensate drainpipe needs to be replaced.
Step 2 Remove the water inside the cylinder using suckers and vessels.
Wipe off the water with a dry cloth if there is not much water.
Step 3 Remove all fasteners and the thermal insulation foam from the condensate water pipe.
Step 4 Remove the condensate drainpipe from the precision air conditioner, and block the condensate
drainage port using a rubber plug.
Hold the removed drainpipe properly to prevent residual water from flowing out into the container.
Step 5 Remove the other end of the condensate drainpipe.
Step 6 Take out the rubber plug and install a new condensate drainpipe.
Step 7 Check that the new condensate drainpipe is working properly.
If there is no water in the condensate water pan, the condensate drainpipe is working properly.
Step 8 Dry the drainpipe using the dry rag, and wrap the thermal insulation foam.
Step 9 (Optional) Reinstall the aisle floor.

Follow-up Procedure
Dispose of the removed condensate drainpipe that is confirmed faulty.
