3.3.3 Monitoring System

T/H sensor
Use a hand-held
thermometer to
measure both the
humidity and
temperature in an
aisle. Compare the
measured values
with the values
displayed on the
sensor LCD.
The values
measured are
consistent with
the displayed
on the sensor
LCD. The
temperature
difference is
within ±2ºC
and the
humidity
difference
within ±5%
RH.
If the differences exceed the
allowed range, replace by following
instructions in 5.3.1 Replacing a
T/H Sensor.
Door status
sensor
Open a door with a
status sensor, and
check the alarm
information
displayed on the
monitoring
software terminal.
The
management
system
generates a
door status
alarm.
If no alarm is generated, replace by
following instructions in 5.3.4
Replacing a Door Status Sensor.
Access
controller
Check P indicator
on the access
controller.
The P indicator
is steady red.
If the indicator is off, the power
supply to the access controller is
abnormal. Immediately switch off
the circuit breaker for the access
controller to prevent damaging the
controller chip. Replace the access
controller by following instructions
in 5.3.13.7 Replacing an Access
Controller.
Check RUN
indicator on the
access controller.
The RUN
indicator is
blinking green.
If the RUN indicator is off,
troubleshoot by following
instructions in documents delivered
with the access controller.
