Check the power supply. If the
power supply is normal, replace
by following instructions in 5.3.10

If the PWR indicator is steady red:

Check whether two PSUs are
configured, and switch on the
power supply.

Check that the power supply is
switched on.

The power supply to the board
and the PoE power supply are
faulty. For details, see 5.3.10
