Step 8 Connect the power cable and turn on the GSM modem.
If the GSM modem indicator is steady on, the GSM modem is turned on but not registered in the
network.
Step 9 Configure the GSM modem by referring to the management system initial configuration guide
and documents delivered with the GSM modem.
If the GSM modem indicator blinks slowly, the GSM modem is idle and connected to the network.

Follow-up Procedure
Dispose of the removed GSM modem that is confirmed faulty.
5.3.6 Replacing a Hydrogen Collector
Prerequisites
A hydrogen collector needs to be replaced.
A spare hydrogen collector of the same model is available and functional.
