Hydraulic system
6. When the product begins to move, the throttle
should be increased to high enginge speed.
7. Repeat quick starts and emergency stops until
the transmission responds correctly.
8. Turn the steering wheel repeatedly until the
steering works without without jerks and stops.
9. Test run the product.
10. Check the hydrostatic transmission oil level and
ll or drain the oil tank if needed.
11. Replace the transmission cover.
5.6.8 Spin-on lter
1. Turn the oil lter counterclockwise to remove.
2. Lightly lubricate the rubber seal on the new oil
lter with new oil.
3. To attach the oil lter, turn it clockwise by hand
until the rubber seal is seated, then tighten a half
turn more.
5.6.7 Bleeding the hydraulic system
NOTE: Ensure cleanliness. Used oil may not
be reused. See “5.6.1 Hydraulic hygiene” on
page 42.
Dismantling
1. Remove the transmission cover.
2. Check the oil level in the hydraulic transmission.
The oil tank may be, in this position, overlled.
3. Constantly check the oil level in the tank.
4. Start the engine and set the accelerator to idle.
5. Repeatedly engage and disengage the clutch
while alternately depressing the forward and
reverse pedals.
