Cutting system
5. Lower the auger control lever to lift the auger to
service position.
6. Release the clip on the front cover with the tool
attached to the ignition key and lift o the cover.
7. Pull the spring handle (1) to the right out from the
spring holder to loosen the drive belt tension.
8. Hold the spring handle with your left hand and lift
o the drive belt with your right hand.
9. Put the drive belt in the belt holder (2).
10. Put the spring handle in the holder so that spring
does not fall down.
11. Lift the cutting height stay and put it in the stay
holder (3),

Assembly
1. Slide in the tool frame. Make sure that the height
adjustment stay is inserted into the equipment
frame.
2. Hook the springs onto the tool frame.
3. Assemble the tool frame in opposite sequence to
dismantling.
4. Adjust the ground pressure. See “5.7.7 Checking
and adjusting ground pressure” on page 60.
5.7.2 Cutting deck
Service position for cutting deck
To provide good accessibility for cleaning, repair and
servicing, set the cutting deck in the service position.
In service position the cutting deck is raised and
locked in the vertical position.
1. Park the product on level ground.
2. Apply the parking brake.
3. Set the cutting height lever in the servicing
position.
4. Pull the lift lever for the cutting deck rearwards to
its locked position to lift up the cutting deck.
