5.7 Cutting system
5.7.1 Tool frame

Dismantling
1. Remove the cutting deck. For further instructions,
see “5.7.2 Cutting deck” on page 54.
2. Push down the equipment frame and drop the
catch.
3. Check the measurement of the position of the
adjuster position. Note the values and use them
as initial values when assembling.
4. Unscrew the adjuster screws fully so that the
springs release.
5. Lower the equipment frame with the mechanical
lever. Insert a small screwdriver through the
chain, so that it can not slide into the frame
tunnel. Release the chain from the equipment
frame.
6. Remove the rear guide screws of the equipment
frame. In order to completely lower the
equipment frame on the left side, it must rst be
pulled back.
7. Pull out the equipment frame.
8. Release the belt from the tool frame.
9. Lower the tool frame by removing its rear lead
screws.To release the tool frame on the left side
completely, rst pull it back.
