will be 4.8 minutes (4 x 1.20). The total adjusted runtime will be 19.2
minutes (4.8 x 4). If the maximum allowable cycle time to runoff is 4
minutes, the adjusted irrigation schedule will increase the number of
cycles to 5 and reduce the cycle runtime to 3.7 minutes (3.7 * 5=18.5).
