101 UPPER DRIVER
SHORT
Hammer driver
circuits on the CMX
controller board are
shorted to ground.
1. Cycle power. If the message appears,
press Stop. If the message does not
clear, replace the hammer bank logic
cable and the hammer bank power cable
assemblies.
2. Power on the printer. If the message
appears, replace the CMX controller
board. Record the message and return it
with the defective board.
3. Power on the printer. If the message
appears, replace the shuttle frame
assembly.
