Symptom Action
The power LEDs on the operator
panel and power supplies do not
start blinking within 30 seconds
of ac power application and the
operator panel display is blank.

The power LEDs on the operator
panel and power supplies are
blinking and the operator panel
display is blank.

The power LED on the operator
panel is on solid, the power
LEDs on the power supplies are
blinking and the operator panel
display is blank.
When the power on switch on
the operator panel is pressed,
there is no indication of activity.
The power LED on the power
supply does not change from
blinking to solid and none of the
fans, including the fan in the
power supplies, start to turn.

STBY is displayed on the
operator panel display.

power supplies, start to turn.
