defective

quick-release fittings for supply line
Radial bladder leaking
• PU hose or quick connector for
supply line Lifting bladder leaking
Connect the test case to the rear
distributor.
o Pressurise the milling air line.
Axial muscle inflates.
Seal or replace the axial hose.

Connect the test case to the rear
distributor.
o Pressurise the PU hose for the
radial bladder. Axial muscle
inflates.
Connect the test case to the rear

o Pressurise PU hose for lifting
bladder
Axial muscle inflates.
Seal or replace compressed air
connection.

• Rotary screw connection of the
milling air hose in the
front distributor leaking

Connect the test case to the rear
distributor.
o Pressurise the milling air line
o Pressurise the PU hose for the
radial bladder.
Lifting bubble inflates
Seal or replace the sliding hose or
milling air hose. Replace the swivel
fitting.
