6. To remove excess flux from soldering, clean the
PCBs in spirit.
7. Soldered brush unit.
1. Mount the brush unit on the rotary unit.
Mount the screws using Loctite "blue".
2. Check all contacts for shorting with housing.
3. Also check each wire individually for continuity
and insulation to the other wires.
Caution
To mount the brush unit slightly raised, position
two shims under each fitting.
