MICRO S automatic Cutter motor
1. Before gluing the rotor, place the axial
bearing washer on the gear.
2. Apply Loctite 648 "green" to the inside
of the rotor and the external gear shaft
3. Mount the rotor on the shaft.
4. After the curing time, carefully wash off
the excess adhesive using a mild solvent
such as white spirit.
The adhesive dries only in the absence of air
and tight fitting metal surfaces at the same
time.
5. Mount the motor adapter such that the
hole of the cable entry is left open.
Screw fitting with four M5x10 cylinder
screws and Loctite "blue"
Caution
Before assembling further, completely remove
grease from the gearbox cover and the gearbox
shaft.
Carefully wipe them using a cloth soaked slightly
with cleaning agent. Solvents should not come into
contact with the ball bearing grease.
Caution
Spread the adhesive evenly on the shaft by
turning the rotor.
Drying time is approx. 6 hours depending on
the temperature.
