This indicates which status message designators are to be returned. Note that only one bit may
be set, that is, only the designators for one error can be requested per command.Returns a string
of bytes. First byte is the number of bytes following. The following bytes indicate the designators
for the requested status message.If there are no designators, the first byte returned will be zero.
