What to do if the Inficon Controller XTC/3 locks up?
- PPhillip AguilarAug 13, 2025
If your Inficon Controller XTC/3 locks up, it might be due to several reasons: * The covers or back panels may not be properly attached. Ensure that all covers and panels are securely fastened. * There might be high electrical noise. Try rerouting cables to reduce noise pickup, keeping them at least 1 foot away from high power conducting lines. Also, ensure all ground wires are short with a large surface area to minimize ground impedance. * There could be poor grounding. Verify proper earth ground, use an appropriate ground strap, eliminate ground loops by establishing the correct system grounding, and verify proper XTC/3 grounding.
