Extension in conversation
While this feature is active, the user can, besides listening, talk to whoever is in the monitored environment.
If the extension being monitored is a terminal, the following message will be displayed:
Extension monitoring enabled
To access this feature you must have a category in the PABX
To deactivate the monitoring, no programming is required, just place the handset on the hook or press the
Speakerphone
key.
The key light indicator can show the following states:
» LED is on: monitoring enabled.
» LED is off: monitoring disabled.
Boss-secretary intercom
Allows direct communication between boss and secretary. The boss-secretary intercom makes the secretary’s or the boss’s
extension be answered automatically (activates the speakerphone with mute enabled), allowing immediate communication
between both.
To use the boss-secretary intercom, the user has only to press the key that has been programmed as such. The display will
show the message referring to an internal call.
The key light indicator can show the following states:
» LED is on:boss (or secretary) busy.
» LED is off: boss (or secretary) free.
Dialing of any digit sequence
Allows any sequence of numeric digits previously programmed into the key to be dialed. To program it, see
Conguring
keys
to dial any sequence of digits.
Access PABX phone book
Allows consulting the PABX’s collective agenda.
Access to the search peerson service
It is a service that connects the PABX to a speakerphone system, allowing you to announce your message. The extension
must have a category that allows access to the search person service..
To use the person search feature, press the key that has been programmed as such. The display will show a message
indicating that the terminal is accessing the person search service.
From this moment on the extension is connected to the person search service.
The key light indicator can show the following states:
» LED is on: search person enabled.
» LED is off: search person disabled
