5. Press the programmable key you wish to congure;
6. Select one of the options described in the following subsections and, after making the specic settings for each case,
press the Ok key to conrm the setting. To cancel the setting, press the key to cancel or the Back section key;
7. After conrmation, the temporary screen Programming Accepted will be displayed.
Congure a key to access a specic extension
Select the Extension Access Key option and ll in the eld with the extension number you wish to associate with the
key. The Delete selection key is used to delete the eld selected by the cursor.
Congure key to access a specic line
Select the Line Signal Key option using the and keys ,type the number of the line you want to associate with the key.
Note: a key congured as a line, will serve to make a capture. However, the user will not be able to initiate a call through
this key, because the external access of the PBX is performed through Routes.
Congure a key to access a particular E1 channel
Select the E1 Signal Key option using the keys and , type the number of the E1 channel you wish to associate with the key.

Congure a key to access a specic VoIP channel
Select the VoIP Signal Key option using the keys and select, using the keysand, the VoIP channel you wish to
associate with the key.
Congure key to access a specic GSM line
Select the GSM Signal Key option using the keys and select, using the keysand, the GSM line number you wish
to associate with the key.
Congure key to access a specic route
Select the Route Access Key option using the keys and select, using the keysand, the route number you wish to
associate with the key.
Congure key to access a specic group
Select the Access Group Key option using the keys and type the number of the group you want to associate with
the key.
Congure a key to access a door phone
Select the Access Door phone key option using the keys and , and select (and) the number of the door phone
you wish to associate with the key.
Congure key to access external actuation
Select the option Access External Acting Key, using the keys and , and select (and) the number of the external
actuation you wish to associate with the key.
Congure key to enable/disable padlock
Select the option Enable Padlock Key using the keys and . Press Ok to conrm.
Congure key to access boss/secretary 1 or 2
Select the option Access Boss/Secretary key using the keys and , e selecione (e) the number of boss/secretary
you want to associate with the key.
Congure a key to activate monitoring of en extension’s environment
Select the option Monitor Extension Key using the keys and  ll in the eld with the extension number you wish to
associate with the key. The Delete selection key is used to delete the eld selected by the cursor.
Congure a key to dial any sequence of digits
Select the option Dial Key using the keys and  ll in the eld with the sequence of numbers you wish to associate
with the key. The Delete selection key is used to delete the eld selected by the cursor.
