The edit eld accepts the following keys and their corresponding screen representations:
» 0..9 and #

» f (Flash)
Note:
up to 16 digits/characters can be programmed for each key.
» Application example: automatic dialing of branch and current account numbers in telebalance services.
Attention: never program any key with passwords or credit card numbers as other people may see the key conguration.
Congure a key to access the PABX’s phone book
Select the PABX’s
Phone book Access
key option by pressing the keys and . Press the

Congure key to access intercom boss/secretary 1 or 2
Select the Boss/Secretary Intercom Key option using the keys and , and select (and) the number of the boss/
secretary you wish to associate with the key.
Congure key to enable/disable person-search
Select the option
Key for Person Search
using the keys and . Press the
Ok
key to conrm.
Congure key to access PABX parking
Allows you to congure a programmable key to park the terminal’s current call.
Select the option
Parking Access Key
using the keys and . Press the

key to conrm.
Congure key to activate the auto attendant feature
It enables you to congure a programmable key to activate the auto attendant function. This feature allows calls to be
answered automatically. When a call comes to the terminal, it beeps and automatically answers the call through the
speakerphone.
When this feature is active, the LED of the programmed key will ash. When the terminal has the headset connected, it
answers the call.
Select the option
Auto Attendant Activation Key
using the keys and . Press
Ok
to conrm.
Congure key as general group ringing
The general group ring is the group in which all extensions are called at the same time when an incoming call is received.
This programming applies to extensions that belong to one of the PABX groups of the general ring type. In this case, an
extension can program its way out of the group, and return when desired.
Select the option
Active Group Ringing Key
using the keys and . Press
Ok
to conrm.
Congure key to forward queued call to a specic extension
Select the option
Forward Queued Call to Extension Key
using the keys and , and ll in the eld with the extension
number you wish to receive the forwarded call. Press the
Ok
key to conrm.
Congure key to activate/signalize the motion sensor¹
Allows setting a programmable key to trigger/signal the motion sensor.
¹ If your product has a motion sensor.
Check key Conguration
You can check the key conguration using the programming menu.
Select the option
Show Key Conguration
using the keys and . Press
Ok
to conrm.
If the key being pressed is not congured, you will see the screen:
