Parameter Description
IP address, find it in the client list of the DHCP server.
IP Address
It specifies the IP address of the AP (default: 192.168.0.254). You can access the
web UI of the AP using this IP address.
Subnet Mask
It specifies the subnet mask of the IP address of the AP. The default subnet mask is
255.255.255.0.
Gateway
It specifies the gateway IP address of the AP.
Generally, to ensure that the AP can access the internet successfully, you should set
the gateway IP address to the LAN IP address of the LAN router connected to the
internet.
Primary DNS Server
It specifies the IP address of the primary DNS server of the AP.
If DNS proxy function is supported on your LAN router connected to the internet,
you can set the IP address of the primary DNS server to the LAN IP address of your
router. Otherwise, enter a correct DNS server IP address.
Secondary DNS
Server
It specifies the IP address of the secondary DNS server of the AP. This parameter is
optional.
Device Name It specifies the name of the AP.
Driving Capability of
Port
It specifies the LAN port’s driving mode, including Standard and Enhanced.
Standard: In this mode, the LAN port supports a higher transmission speed
but a shorter transmission distance. In general, you are recommended to
select this mode.
Enhanced: In this mode, the LAN port supports a longer transmission
distance but a lower transmission speed, such as 10 Mbps.
