The command is used to configure the phase dimming mode: leading/trailing
edge dimming.

[SOURce:]NORMal:DIMMer:MODe <0|1|2|OFF|LEADING|TRAILING>
Arguments：
<0|1|2|OFF|LEADING|TRAILING>
Query Syntax：
[SOURce:]NORMal:DIMMer:MODe?
Returns：
<OFF|LEADING|TRAILING>
[SOURce:]NORMal:SURGETRAP:MODe
This command enables or disables the Surge/Trap Function.

Arguments：
