C92 Display of actual distance and diameter of inner SAPE
Options: None
Special function: None
Description:
1. Field / left display : diameter (408-410)
2. Field / right display : distance (From machine to calibration rotor edge).
Comments:
C98 Display of angular position of power clamp pulley, incremental encoder test
Options :
Special function: Resetting incremental register ! ags.
Description: Once this code is called up, the reading is “---”
Only after the incremental encoder has identi" ed zero reference, the angular location is read out in a range between 0
and 63.
Use of the C code and meaning of the ! ags are identical with C code C74 (incremental encoder of main shaft).
Comments: If this test fails (no 23F) please check
the cabling of the Optoencoder – micro-controller and
the cabling Optoencoder power clamp - Optoencoder main shaft
the connectors of the cables
clean the incremental encoder tape
C102 Performing a measuring run and indication of harmonic contents of the
unbalance signals
Options: None
Special function: None.
Description: Start measuring run by setting C102 and low the wheel guard.
Once the measuring run is completed, the following values are read out one below the other:
tHd : Non-linear harmonic distortion coef" cient
HAr2 : Percentage of 2
nd
harmonics relative to fundamental harmonic wave
HAr3 : Percentage of 3
rd
harmonics relative to fundamental harmonic wave
HAr4 : Percentage of 4
th
harmonics relative to fundamental harmonic wave
HAr5 : Percentage of 5
th
harmonics relative to fundamental harmonic wave
There are two columns of readings, one referring to the rear transducer, the other to the front transducer.
Comments: None
C103 Test of transimpedence and unbalance signal amplifi ers
Options:
By pressing the check “RETURN” key, the display will show channels in the same order as shown in the list below.
0. Channel 1 Offset (DC analog signal)
1. Channel 1 1st harmonic wave
2. Channel 1 2nd harmonic
3. Channel 1 3rd harmonic
4. Channel 1 4th harmonic
5. Channel 1 1st harmonic wave phase
6. Channel 2 Offset (DC analog signal)
7. Channel 2 1st harmonic wave
